Send a bulk message to your customers
Just need the quick answer?
See the short version in the FAQBulk messages are the fastest way to bring past attendees back. You can write an email or SMS once, choose exactly who should get it (everyone, recent attendees, a single class roster, etc.), and we'll send it on your behalf. Every message we send respects the unsubscribe and STOP keywords, so you never have to worry about manually managing opt-outs.
Compose a campaign
- From your dashboard, open Marketing and click New campaign.
- Pick the channel: email, SMS, or both.
- Choose your audience: all customers, attendees of a specific class or category, or a custom segment (for example, anyone who attended in the last 90 days).
- Write your subject line and body. Use the merge tags to drop in the customer's first name automatically.
- Add a button or link to the class you're promoting, then click Preview.
- Send a test to yourself first, then schedule for later or send now.
Tips that actually move the needle
- Keep subject lines short and specific — “3 spots left in Saturday's pottery class” outperforms “Updates from the studio.”
- Always include one clear call to action and one Book button. Two buttons cut clicks roughly in half.
- Tuesday and Wednesday mornings tend to have the best open rates for class businesses.
- Limit SMS sends to once or twice a month and only for time-sensitive news. Email is better for regular updates.
Compliance, handled for you
- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.
- SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and we permanently suppress them from future bulk sends.
- Suppressed contacts still receive transactional messages (sign-up confirmations, reschedules, refunds) so they never miss something they paid for.
