Set up payouts with Stripe
Just need the quick answer?
See the short version in the FAQPayouts are how the money your attendees pay reaches your bank account. We use Stripe to handle the actual money movement, which means your banking details stay with Stripe and never sit on our servers. You only have to set this up once. After that, Stripe sends your earnings on a regular schedule and you can watch every payout land from your dashboard.
Connect your bank account
- Open Settings from your dashboard and choose the Payments tab.
- Click Connect with Stripe. You'll be sent to Stripe's secure onboarding form in a new tab.
- Enter your business or personal details, your tax info, and the bank account where you'd like to receive payouts.
- Verify your identity if Stripe asks (this is usually a quick photo of an ID).
- Return to your dashboard. The Payments tab will show a green Connected badge once Stripe confirms.
Choose your payout schedule
- From the Payments tab, click Manage payout schedule.
- Pick daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Daily is the default for most new accounts.
- Save your changes. The new schedule takes effect on your next payout.
Good to know
- Your first payout typically takes 7–10 days while Stripe finishes verifying your account. After that, it follows your chosen schedule.
- Each payout matches a batch of charges minus refunds, disputes, and Stripe fees. You can click any payout to see the full breakdown.
- If a payout fails (for example, a closed bank account), Stripe will email you and pause future payouts until it's fixed.
- You can change your bank account at any time from the Payments tab — the old account stays connected until the new one is verified.
