Issue a refund or class credit
Just need the quick answer?
See the short version in the FAQYou can refund any paid attendee at any time, whether or not the class has happened yet. You can also issue a class credit instead — that keeps the money in your business and gives the attendee something to spend on a future class. Both options are tracked on the attendee's order so you can see exactly what was given and when.
Refund a single attendee
- Open the class from your dashboard and scroll to the Attendees list.
- Click the attendee's name to open their order.
- Choose Refund. Pick a full or partial amount.
- Decide whether to refund the cash through Stripe or issue a class credit for the same value.
- Optionally add an internal note explaining the reason.
- Confirm. Stripe processes cash refunds in 5–10 business days; class credits are available immediately.
Refund everyone in a class at once
- Open the class and click the Refund all button at the top of the Attendees list.
- Choose cash refund, class credit, or both (cash plus credit as a goodwill gesture).
- Add a short message explaining what happened — it's included in the email and SMS we send.
- Confirm. Every paid attendee is refunded and notified in one go.
What attendees see
- An email and SMS confirming the refund or credit, with the amount and a link to their order.
- Class credits show up in their account and are auto-applied at checkout the next time they book one of your classes.
- Cash refunds appear on their original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on their bank.
